Our Club is strong on service to our local communities. We have a seat of programs and services that we pursue each year.

In the summer, we sponsor Camp Joe Ward. It provides a weekend away from home for adults with developmental disabilties. The program gives the camper a time of socialization and the parents a weekend or weeklong respite. John E. Toolan Kiddie Keep Wel Camp of Middlesex County hosts the camp.

In September and throughout the school year, we work with the fourth grade gifted and talented class at Edward J. Patten School in Perth Amboy. We provide each student with a welcome package - a backpack full of school supplies. the pack includes a ring binder to fill with favored assignments. Each Rotarian places a letter to the student in the binder. The binder passes back and forth throughout the year and the Rotarian adds notes of encouragement. The Roary Club participates in the class's career day in the spring. The class returns a visit at the end of the school year by attending a Roatery meeting.

In December, the club sponsors a holiday party for the patients of Raritan bay Medical Center.

We have two Scholarship Foundations for both municipalities. The Woodbridge Rotary Scholarship Foundation provides almost $40,000 each year to Woodbridge residents to attend college , graduate or proferssional schools. The Perth Amboy Roatery Scholarship Founsation provides three scholarships each year, one of which goes to a student at the Charles E. Gregory School of Nursing.

The Club performs other acts of community service throughout the year.
