Madhavan B. Nair

R. Scott Schoner - I have been a member of Rotary since 1990 and have seen many changes in the club throughout the years.  It is my goal this year to increase membership and, more importantly, have even more of a positive influence on the community than we have in past years.

The friends and contacts that I have met in Rotary have helped me in my career.  I am a business broker and a partner in Tri State Business Authority in Fords, NJ.  When a business owner is ready to retire, or move onto another venture, my firm specializes in finding a buyer for the business.  We do this discretely, and guide the seller through the whole process.  We specialize in businesses of all types with a value of $100K - $5 million.  There is no cost to the seller until and unless we sell the business.

Madhavan B. Nair, popularly known as MBN, is the principal and owner of MBN Insurance and Financial Services, Inc., which he founded in 2005. Under his dynamic leadership, MBN Insurance Services has consistently kept high standards in terms of performance and is experiencing tremendous growth.

He holds degrees in Management, Law and Finance. He has decades of experience as a leading Chartered Financial Consultant. He is also the founder and co-promoter of Pinnacle Factoring Group. His recently published book, "Circle of Safety," is a comprehensive guide on insurance services.

Over the years, MBN has made significant contributions to various community outreach programs. He has been a Rotarian since 1981. He is currently President of the Rotary Club of Woodbridge-Perth Amboy and he is the District Project Coordinator of the Middlesex County Rotary Club.

He is the Founder and President of NAMAM, an extremely active South Indian cultural organization. He is also on the board of trustees of the Indo-American Cultural Association.

MBN is blessed with a beautiful family; his wife Geetha Nair and his children Janu and Bhaskar have always been supportive of his interests and initiatives. He lives in Monroe, New Jersey.
